Request Meeting Space

If your North Carolina Community College association or special interest group would like to reserve meeting space at the Raleigh Convention Center during the 2026 North Carolina Community College System Conference, please complete the request form linked below. This form is intended only for association and/or special interest group meetings.

Important Information

  • Food and beverage service for association meetings must be ordered through the Raleigh Convention Center. Outside food or beverages are not permitted under any circumstances.
  • Associations are responsible for all expenses related to their meetings, including refreshments and/or meals.
  • Direct billing must be established between your association and the Raleigh Convention Center (or the assigned hotel) for any food and beverage orders.
  • All attendees of association meetings must be registered for the NC Community College System Conference. It is the association’s responsibility to communicate this requirement to its members.
  • Unless otherwise indicated in the request form, association meetings will be closed to non-members.
  • Meeting space is provided at no cost, based on availability.
  • Associations requesting complimentary meeting space must be affiliated with North Carolina Community Colleges.

  • 9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
  • 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. (Lunch Meeting)
  • 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.

Thursday, October 15, 2026

  • 7:00 – 8:00 a.m. (Breakfast Meeting)
  • 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. (Dinner Meetings/Reception)

Friday, October 16, 2026

  • 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
